1. Service Provided As-Is

Content Aware Scale is provided free of charge with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of results, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use of the service is at your own risk.

2. Your Images, Your Rights

You retain full ownership and all rights to any images you process with this tool. We claim no license or rights over your content. Because processing is entirely client-side, no image data is ever transmitted to or stored by us.

3. No Storage or Transmission

Images are processed locally in your browser via WebAssembly. No image data is uploaded to any server. The processing tools do not send your selected image or output to a server. Website delivery, analytics and messages you choose to send use the network; see our privacy policy.

4. Usage Limits

The following limits apply to maintain reasonable browser performance:

• Large images may be scaled down before processing
• Maximum file size: 25 MB

Files over the size limit are rejected. Processing dimensions, export options and speed depend on the tool and your device. The meme video generator currently exports up to 480p with a watermark. Review the output before using it; seam carving and automatic cropping can change or remove parts of an image.

5. Independent service and advertising

Content Aware Scale is an independent project, not affiliated with Adobe or the platforms named in its presets. You are responsible for having permission to use the images you select. Display advertising is not currently enabled; any future advertising does not constitute an endorsement of an advertiser or a guarantee about its products.
