Check transparency, dimensions and target size

Convert PNG, JPEG and WebP images locally, adjust quality or a target file size, then download individual files or a ZIP of successful results.

JPEG fills transparent pixels with the selected background. PNG is lossless and has no quality slider. A target KB value may be unreachable without changing format or allowing smaller dimensions. A failed file stays visible; the ZIP includes only successful results matching the current settings.

Saved resultImage Converter: actual saved output
A 917 KB PNG photo saved as a 164 KB WebP at 90% quality, about 82% smaller at the same 800 × 538 px. Conversion changes the file, not the subject.

How to use Image Converter

  1. 01

Try the example or add up to 10 images, then choose PNG, JPEG or WebP.

  2. 02

Set quality or an optional target size. Allow smaller dimensions only if you want resizing.

  3. 03

Single-image previews update automatically without a target size. Start batch or target-size conversion, then download current successful results.

When this tool works best

PNG is lossless and has no quality slider. Some target sizes cannot be reached without resizing or changing format; the result is clearly marked when that happens. JPEG replaces transparency with your chosen background.

Your downloaded file

Original dimensions by default, up to 4000 × 4000 px per image. Batch failures do not discard successful files. Formats depend on actual browser encoding support.

Your image stays on your device

Processing runs in this browser. No image upload, account or remote AI service is required. Original images are kept separate from edits; failed processing keeps the original available. Downloads use your current settings; previews update automatically where supported. Open-source notices
